You can try to use this plugin “UM Additional email Recipients” and add CC: and BCC: lists to all UM email notifications.

Version 1.2.0 of the plugin with replacement of User email with a default e-mail address added in UM email settings for each notification email.
Download again and make the same installation with WP update.
@missveronicatv thank you very much for support, by way if we activation by link its no notification email approve to member ( like email notification approve by manual rivew ), my be must insert new hook ?

Notification emails to user:
approval by review: “Account Approved Email”
all other approvals: “Welcome Email”
oh yes right , i just want approve new membership via email to admin , because really no efektif if must log in to website ., maybe have another option ?
if send email notification fo all approval , i have role email custome for user
