 * Hi,
 * I am using ignitiondeck in my crowdfunding site when i submit a project for review
   and one its created I recieve a confiramtion mai for submition but the sender
   mail address is CGI-Mailer <cgi-mailer@kundenserver.de> how to change this?

 * thanks for responding but i do not know where to register.
 * I am using ignitionDeck plugin
    ignitionDeck commerce and ignitionDeck crowdfunding
 * I do not understand why the sender is cgi-mailer and not the from address i puted
   on

 * What email address did you use to purchase from us? You should be able to log
   into [http://www.ignitiondeck.com](http://www.ignitiondeck.com) using that email
   address, and you should have received an initial password. If you don’t know 
   where that is or didn’t get the email, you can try resetting your password with
   the “lost password” link here: [http://ignitiondeck.com/id/wp-login.php](http://ignitiondeck.com/id/wp-login.php)
 * If you have ID Commerce selected under IgnitionDeck > Commerce Platform settings,
   then it should use the email address you’ve set under IDC’s main settings > General
   Settings as the customer service email. Is that working for you?

 * Yes i have set the customer service email, but the issue is that could not send
   emails through default SMTP because chen i tried Mandrill it works form me
