 * Hi,I have Downloaded a Themes From Internet. The Theme Extension is .cgi
    When
   i Try to Upload it,It is Getting Uploaded and After Some times it is Showing 
   that CGI Error.I am Getting a message that”This kind of file is not Allowed due
   to Security issue”..
 * Please Help me
 * And Please help me to install theme in WordPress
