 * I have just sucessfully uploaded my wordpress blog and uploaded a template
    I
   have a test post added . . .

 * but when I click to leave a ‘comment’ I get a CGI Error message >

 * actually for most links when clicked I am getting this CGI Error message,

 * Try resetting your custom permalinks to the default setting. If that works, then
   try reading:
    [http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks](http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks)
   before setting a custom permalink structure back up again.
