# CGI error

 * I think that I have php and mysql installed. I am running IIS with win serv 2003.
   But i get this error
    CGI error The specified CGI application misbehaved by not
   returning a complete set of HTTP headers. when I try to run [http://localhost/wp-admin/install.php](http://localhost/wp-admin/install.php)
   Does anyone have any ideas?
