CformsII — not receiving emails!!!

I am using a cformsII form on my site:

http://builders-of-jerusalem.com/contact_us/

and I listed a couple of email addresses for the form to be sent to under:
“Admin Email Message Options “

but I don’t get the emails!

Any ideas?
