 * I have transfered site from localhost to a server and cforms plugin stoped working.
   I have deactivated it and activated it again and it still don’t work. I have 
   even deleted it and installed it again but I keep getting this error message:
 * Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cforms_activate() (previously declared in /home/
   luduscom/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cforms/cforms.php:56) in /home/luduscom/
   public_html/wp-content/plugins/cforms/cforms.php on line 59

 * Would be helpful if you could post what the problem was and how you resolved 
   it, for other users that might stumble on this thread with a similar(or the same)
   problem.

 * Need to reset the form plugin and then style the forms again.

 * This is solution:
    1) deactivate plugin 2) go to table **wp_option** and searcg
   value **cforms** under field **option_name**. Delete that record 3) activate 
   plugin
