CFDB7 PDF Addon, custom template not being detected

    Hi,

    I have set up the PDF addon as suggested on the plugin page, but when downloading the PDF the file is using the default plugin template fo rth PDF document.
    I have created the folder in my custom theme, and named it accordingly with the CF7 form ID, but i am not getting the custom template pulled through.

    Modifying the default template in the plugin, with the custom template works fine.
    Can i get some help to get things on track.
