 * Hello,
 * I have a form on my website, which a user will enter their details and will be
   stored into CFDB. I’m trying to get my functions to only retrieve their email
   address for an automated email. I’ve tried to do the short code option with only
   email address to show but this also pulls off the title name e.g. ‘Email: [username@hotmail.co.uk](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cfdb-short-code-issue/username@hotmail.co.uk?output_format=md)’
   when I just require ‘username@hotmail.co.uk’.
 * Please let me know if there is a way to just grab the email address without including
   the title.
 * Kind regards

 * Hi Michael,
 * I’m using [cfdb-json] shortcode

 * Update: I’ve used the [cfdb-value] shortcode, but when I try echo the shortcode
   it comes up with the shortcode name instead of the values.

 * [cfdb-value] Should simply work. You might try switching to Text mode in the
   WP editor so that when you paste it in there are no HTML encoded characters.
