Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, WordPress Importer, Really Simple SSL and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.
Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

Deactivating it I am able to send email BUT
- not to gmail account
- not to domain name account
What should it be?
