• After I developed a form for a customer and tested all the mails extensively on my own mailaccount (@gmail.com and @geenkaas.nl) I delivered the form and added my customer’s e-mail address to the receipients.

I still get any form e-mail but my customer gets nothing. I checked spelling, spam, filters and whatnot ten times but still nothing is delivered. I reversed addresses, added only him, only me, both, other addresses but he still get’s nothing.

Is there any setting or rule that prevents CF7 to send mails to a specific domein, address, person or something? I am really in the black about this one and do not want to forward every mail he gets in my account…

    Help is much appreciated.

    No there isn’t.

Looks like you’ve tested adding the clients email address thoroughly. Except for the obvious error of using the wrong email address you’ve covered I believe the errors you could have in made in adding an extra email in CF7.

Also if you are getting emails consistently at your email address then it makes sense to conclude that CF7 must be sending the emails.

So if customer is not getting them at another email address then you would probably be best to focus on possible issues at your clients email setup – i.e. focus on the receiving end of the email chain rather than the sending end.

Thanks for your reply Buzztone, I am indeed looking at his setup at the moment but I also tried his gMail account and that does not show signs of life either. It is very odd. Ik will dig deeper and post results. Does kind of bug me though. Ah well, adventures in plug-in-land.
