• Hello,
I added an configured CF7 on my website. I setup my receiving email at contactus@mydomain.com which is added with Yahoo mail. So when someone sends query from the contact form 7 the email perfectly goes to my official mail (contacus@mydomain.com) and yahoo mail where my official domain is connected.

I recently added Google apps with the with my official mail. When someone sends email to my official mail it perfectly comes at the google apps email. But when someone contact me from the contact form 7 it sends email to my official mail (contactus@domain.com) and the yahoo mail but it doesn’t sends mail to my google apps account.

I already checked my mx entry. If there is anything wrong with my dns then it shouldn’t sends the email to my google apps when someone sends mail without contact form. So I am confirmed that dns is perfectly working. Only problem is when my customers sending query from contact form it doesn’t sends email to google apps.

What can be the problem and solution?

Thanks in advance for your help.

One thing you might check is the “Email Routing” setting.

We solved this issue for our client by going into the “Mx Entry” tool in the cPanel, selecting the domain from the Domain dropdown, and selecting “Remote Mail Exchanger” for “Email Routing” and clicking “Change”.

We also added the Google server MX Records but that does not seem to be necessary as they should be set on the Google Apps side or the email wouldn’t be working. The most important part is setting “Remote” vs. “Local”.

Not sure if this will fix your issue, but it’s worth a try.

    Good luck!
