CF7 and Elementor – cant access Elementor control panel

    Loading a Page or Post, and the cursor just spins slowly on the elementor control panel. De-activate CF7 5.6 and it works fine.
    Have disabled all the other CF7 addins and problem remains until disable CF7
    Have rolled back to CF7 5.5 no change
    Looking for ideas of what else to try. All pages were working a two weeks ago.

    More investigating
    With Polylang and CF7 activated the problem only occurs on English pages (base language).
    If I deactivate CF7, no problem in English or Khmer (second language).
    If I deactivate Polylang (CF7 activated) no problem in either language.

    cf7 is currently deactivated.

    If I deactivate Polylang then the website is English only

    Have activated cf7 as it does not make a difference to the site – only ability to edit English pages

    The two plugins that if cleared solved the problem were CF7 and Polylang. I thought I had isolated it to Polylang connector for Elementor, but not sure. Finally cleared cache on server and the problem has gone away – but I suspect it is temporary.

    My colleague did some investigation and found an error when loading the elementor
    “Request URL: https://itclub-cambodia.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
    Request Method: POST
    Status Code: 500 Internal Server Error”

    We will monitor and investigate further. Nothing more I can think of to do for now
