CF 7 Error: [mc4wp_checkbox] You must accept the terms and conditions…

    Hello,

    ive got a problem with contact Form 7 integration. My form is only working when i put “[mc4wp_checkbox]/Sign me up for the newsletter!” into the form and when the subscriber agress with the newsletter subscription.

    When the mark is not checked or when i remove [mc4wp_checkbox] from the form i am getting the following message:

    You must accept the terms and conditions before sending your message.

    I dont know what to do. CF7 worked fine before i installed mailchimp. Now it doesnt even work when i deactivate it. I constantly get “You must accept the terms and conditions before sending your message.” when i hit the send button. When [mc4wp_checkbox]/Sign me up for the newsletter! is active and checked it works fine. But i dont want my visitors to be forced to subscribe.
