Certificate creation issue help

    Hi Everyone,

    I am in need of guidance for creating certificates for participants who book a course through my website.

    I have the Eduma theme installed and LearnPress.

    Currently I have about 14 different courses and within those courses are specific dates people can enrol into. This course is done face-face so need one has a membership/log in features.

    The trouble is that I have to manually create each certificate in PDF then send them all individually. I am after a solution to help automate this process.

    The LearnPress certificate function is tricky, I’ve uploaded a template and all required fields, but there is no where I can see that will collate the data needed and then send the certificates to the participants.

    Has anyone dealt with this before or know of a fix for it?

    Hi anaesassist1,

    1. Please make sure you enable Certificate. Go to menu Eduma / Plugins.

    2. To create a certificate, please go to menu LearnPress / Certificate / Add New.

    3. Now in each course editor, you can see the option to connect those courses to a certificate.

    4. Once users passed a course, the certificate will show for them.

    I stumbled across this post of the Certificate creation and didn’t even realize the plugin has this feature because there is no indication that it does. When I read the 1st step to (Go to menu Eduma / Plugins) I can’t find that anywhere of any type and in the (LearnPress Menu) as well there isn’t a Certificate option.

    How do I get the Certificate option to show up on the LearnPress Menu?

    Hi koehlercafe,

    This just available in Eduma premium theme. Which theme are you using? If it’s not a premium theme for LearnPress, you will need to get the Certificate addon here https://thimpress.com/product/certificates-add-on-for-learnpress/
