# CERT-US RSS not return any elements

 * Hello I use this plugin for aggregate many RRS feed but with CERT-US RSS I retreive
   any elements. I think this problem there is from last update.
 * In the past I open and the solved a problem with CERT-US RSS by the settings:
   **
   User Agent to use when accessing the feed: SIMPLEPIE_USERAGENT**

 * But now I think there are a new issue with the rss:

 * You can solve this very simple:
    Go here -> [http://whatsmyuseragent.org/](http://whatsmyuseragent.org/)
   and copy the user agent string.
 * Go to Feedzy RSS -> Settings -> User-Agent field.
 * Paste the clipboard user agent and save the settings.
 * Refresh the page and let me know if you still have issues.

    I try with: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML,
   like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36
 * and I not have issue…
 * For test I try to not set User-Agent and also I not have issue…
 * If User-Agent is null what value is used? the User-Agent of the current browser?

 * Not really, we use by default the user agent from the server, either the simple
   pie one or the WordPress one.
 * let me know if you have any other questions.
