@stagger-lee thanks for reaching us. Do you have the ability to whitelist a certain User-Agents?
Hi @bogdanrapaic, I doubt, cannot see this option.
REST API is blocked too but there is a whitelist. For instance for CF7 entry is: contact-form-7.
I don’t know if it can help you somehow.

Thanks for the update. Here is an example of a request that your dashboard sends to your child site:
https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?user=someuser&function=stats&nonce=5193&mainwpsignature=AgxVLTzBLgvYk2%2Fulngd0xaTtiwhStXGSpo7SS8vsxdgQeaMWsMffLfP4RPvs1FH
I hope that can help.
Could you make something from this URL with help of this manual ?
Under: How to exclude requests from inspection
The other alternative without regex seems as not possible. Unless allowing all wp-admin/admin-ajax.php calls.
And regex is really difficult, so if you can help a bit.
Maybe I just need to exclude a PHP file called from inside MainWP Child folder, or ? Don’t get it all.

My apologies, but I am not sure that I understand how the Cerber Security & Antispam plugin works. You might try to check with the plugin authour how to whitelist requests such as the one we have provided.
Plugin Author
mainwp
(@mainwp)
It appears this was resolved by @stagger-lee in the Cerber Security & Antispam support so I will mark it as resolved here.
ref: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/make-it-work-smoothly-with-mainwp-child-plugin/
It is not resolved.
Still blocks syncing. But with this option activated improvement is no IP block, and I have not to rename Cerber folder with FTP client, to be able to login in website backend.
– Syncing option is blocked.
– Sites – Reconnect option is allways working.
So, some half solutions exist.
User can filter Sites by state, status. And bulk reconnect them all. Info, as help for other Users with the same problem.
