  • I seem to be having a lot of trouble with Cerber and Woocommerce. aI have had to remove Cerber from all of my client’s sites that use Woocommerce. Cerber across the board seems to think that adding products to the cart and the checkout page are a security threat even if the traffic is valid. No matter what settings I change, Cerber blocks legitimate traffic and has cost sales. I have tried searching for documentation for setting up Cerber with Woocommerce and I have not been able to find anything. Will this plugin work with Woocommerce? If so, what should the settings be to ensure this does not happen?

Hi! You should start from enabling “Use less restrictive policies (allow AJAX)” in the anti-spam settings.
