Centering Widget in the Side Bar….

  • I am having problems figuring out where I need to go and what I need to do in order to center the Subscriptions option Widget in the sidebar. Here is a LINK to my blog.

    Basically what I want is to center the three icons for RSS, Email and Twitter and maybe even give them a little space between eachother within the sidebar. Thanks for the help…

  • everestdreams25,

    You ave two options to center the icons. The first is to locate the following line of code:

    <li class="widget suboptions" id="suboptions-widget-3">

    and replace with:

    <li class="widget suboptions" id="suboptions-widget-3" style="text-align:center">

    The second option is to add the following to your style sheet:

    li#suboptions-widget-3 {
       text-align: center;
       }

    sweet! Thanks! Now is there any way to space out the icons just a little bit so they aren’t right next to eachother?

    everestdreams25,

    This should do the trick. Add the following line of code to your style sheet and adjust as needed.

    li#suboptions-widget-3 a {
      margin: 0 5px;
      }

    Thank you for the help everestdreams25!
