    where do I find that in the editor? I see the other widgets there but
   not this one. I may be missing something.

 * It’s a CSS rule. If you’re not familiar or comfortable with editing CSS files,
   you could install a plugin to make the process easier for you. I like this one:

 * Install and activate the plugin, insert Andrew’s rule and save, happy days.
