Centering Paypal Button

Hello,
I have recently started my own website and am having trouble centering my buy it now paypal button and header on my page if you visit my website makemealogo.co.uk and then the buy now page you will understand what I mean.
Also is there anyway you can change the menu color also the font and color of the text on the homepage ?
