I have a website that I have many products to lay out that have captions (basically a store with thumbnails that link to the product pages) – I am having trouble centering the thumbnails and the text with CSS – have tried unsuccessfully and I am truly frustrated. I have figured out how to alter them individually with pasting the source code into the html but have a lot of images and feel this could be easily done with css- am I missing the obvious? See example on page http://www.adornedbyk.com/shop-adorned/ (the first product Oval Jewelry frame I pasted source code – see other items for example Shabby Chic Window Decor). Any info on how to center images and text with css would be greatly appreciated.

  • Do not edit the Twenty Eleven theme. It is the default WordPress 3.2 theme and having access to an unedited version of the theme is vital when dealing with a range of site issues. Create a child theme for your changes. Once your child theme is active, we should be able to help with the customisation.
