Centering Images and Captions with CSS

  • I need some help with altering the CSS code in order to completely center images and captions. I have created a child theme for my Twenty Eleven theme. I have figured out how to do it with html but would rather not have to alter each one individually – please see reference at: http://www.adornedbyk.com/shop-adorned/
It is a shop with thumbnails that link to product pages, the first item I cut and pasted the html code, but CSS would be much easier for the rest – basically I want the image and text centered (seems like the image is off center also – any tips or suggestions? I know it lies somewhere in .wp content but I am super rusty with my CSS. I would also like to change the color of the border of my thumbnails – any info would be greatly appreciated.

  • It isn’t totally clear what you want centered within what. The images themselves are already centered within the caption box, so I assume that’s not what you mean…
are you talking about the individual listings?
