Centering Images

I’ve used the steps as described in

http://wordpress.org/support/topic/164999, step 9 to center my images with the Cutline 3-Column Split theme.

But it isn’t working. I’ve cleared the cache and history also. Is there something else I should do? And just to keep things clear the image is centered on the admin side, just not on the “public” side.
