Centering image and resizing for the device

    I’m trying to center the image (I’ve clicked the option on the page, but it still appears to the left). I’ve tried a bunch of code that I’ve found on forums, but none of it has worked.

    Also, I was wondering how to resize the image for various devices so that they appear not too large on a phone.
