Centering Footer Menu, not just centering text alignment

Hello,

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to center the footer menu on my site: http://ginamontoya.com/dream/

I’ve seen several posts for centering the content within a column but I would like to align the footer menu that is currently there to be centered on the page. What am I missing?
