Center thumbnails that have been resized

    According to the following link, http://themesandco.com/snippet/changing-default-image-sizes-customizr/ I put the respective code, and thumbnail size changed, but is aligned to the top, it is not vertically centered relative to the text of the excerpt, how can I center the image in relation to the excerpt?
    I tried several options in the fireburg but none have worked for me.

    I used regenerate thumbnails but instead, they lost their configuration, I had to rebuild one by one.

    Hi Nikeo, thanks. Sorry, played with padding like in the tutorial, but not seem to work, the relative position of the container (thumb-wrapper) turns off the picture. Very many variations but did not work for me. Images are square, no effects. Also need something like center the image vertically relative to the entire container of excerpt.
    I forgot to say that I am not a developer, I defend putting some codes, but simple things.
