I would like to center the blog at 774px to match the rest of my site. What files do I change?

Are you using WordPress default theme? I'm no CSS buff but you will need to modify style.css and also possibly change the width of the headerimage plus the other theme images.

Could you possibly provide some more info..? To center a page you need to do something like margin:0 auto; to your CSS and set the element's width with something like width:774px;.

    Does this help at all?

It would help us if we could get a link to your site.
    Thanks!

I was able to center the blog by adding a 774 px table around everything after the <body> tag and centering the table with a <div align="center> tag.

I still have the sidebar on the right. I'm trying to figur out how to put it within the table. I tried to put it in a <td> to the right of the content but it always stays to the right of the blog.

First, your site's code has quite a lot of errors. Fixing them might help to display the page as you wish.

If it is so difficult for you to change the layout of the classic WP style, why don't you try to find a style that is close to what you want (=centered) and go from there.
A few available styles can be found here:

Note. Don't try to use themes since your WP is a 1.2.2 install. Have you ever considered upgrading and find a suitable theme among the more than 700 themes?
