Center Page & Post Titles

Love the Hemingway theme! I am using it here… http://www.experttabletennis.com

I have removed the sidebar and centered the navigation (so now I have a one-column, no sidebar site with everything down the middle) but I can’t work out how to center all my page and post titles. Once I do that it’ll be perfect.

Can anyone help?

Hey there benlarcombe,

How are you doing today?

This should be possible with some custom CSS. Please try adding the following CSS code in the style.css file of your child theme or add it in your site using the following plugin:

http://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css
```
.post-title, .post-title a {
text-align: center;
}
```
This should center the titles. Hope this helps 🙂

Now I look at it I think it would look better if only page titles were centered and post titles remained aligned to the left. Is there a way to do that?

Hi benlarcombe,

Replace the code you added previously with this:

.page .post-title { text-align: center; }

That should do it.
