Center Navigation & Uploading Larger Logo

Hey everyone. When viewing my site the navigation menu is always slightly towards the bottom. Or basically to close to my image slider. Also I cannot get a larger logo to upload even when that box is unchecked (the one that keeps it to a recommended size) Any tips for increasing my logo size? Maybe its the way I was creating it or uploading it? Also how can I make my menu centered to my logo.
