[Resolved] Center images in portfolio project slider in Corpo

  • Hello,
    I found an earlier post regarding this situation, but it was marked “resolved” and did not have any info to help me with my site. I’m having a hard time centering images smaller than 540px in my project gallery slider in my portfolio. (For example, the second image in the slider on this page: http://studio-r-designs.com/project/metropolitan-missionary-baptist-church/) How can I center that image instead of it being aligned left? I tried several times to figure it out by adding new code to the CSS Stylesheet Editor (since I’m afraid of screwing up the original stylesheet.css file), but have had no luck. Thanks in advance for any assistance!

    Reena

  • Hi rlstewart,

    Try adding this css to your custom CSS editor (your approach of not touching the original theme’s styles is in accordance with WordPress best practices. That’s always great!):

    .entry-content .flexslider ul,
    .entry-content .flexslider ul li {
        text-align: center;
    }

    This should center your images inside the slider.

    Thank you, antonietta456!!! It worked! I was trying to edit the other ‘flexslider’ lines the whole time. Smh. Thanks again 🙂

    Great, you’re welcome!
