Center Featured Image on Posts

Hi – I’m fairly new to this, but didn’t see any replies in my search –

Is there a CSS add on or a setting to center the featured image on my posts? It is left aligned by default. I tried a few CSS codes from Googling but haven’t had much luck, but I’m not sure I’m adding it in the right place?
