Add the below CSS to your sites style.css file
#sidebar .wp-cta-display {margin-left: 90px; }
To your sites stylesheet.
Or make the CTA wider in settings.
There aren’t any centering options quite yet but there will be eventually

It works with this line in my style.css.
A centering option would be nice. It seems that the Facebook box is centering allright in the sidebar.

I went ahead and made all sidebar widgets automatically center.
The new code will be pushing in a couple of days.
