cells not displaying properly in ie/mozilla

i am using a three column theme for my blog and the two outer columns are always longer than the center post column in IE. The blog is located at http://undertheblackhat.com . i double checked to make sure the border images weren’t forcing it up higher, and that wasn’t the case, any other ideas?
