CDN without Minify

    Hey! 🙂

    First of all, thank you for this great plugin – it really saved my life last night!

    Secondly, I have a question. I did setup static CDN (nginx) and it works fine with your plugin. But strangely – or am I missing something? – when I do put a style to “do not minimize” list, it also steps back and loads from www.*, instead of cdn.*. Everything else is loaded thru CDN.

    What am I missing?
