 * I am implementing WP Super Cache and when trying to deploy the CDN Sync Tool 
   found that the plugin is no longer available. I am aware that this is a bit off-
   topic but … what happened? Super Cache recommends to use it and it disappeared
   🙁

 * The original CDN Sync Tool is dead as long as it removed from the official WordPress
   plugin repository.
