 * Are there any plans to support CDN in the near future? This is the only thing
   that stopped me to widely use this great plugin in all my wp sites.

 * Thanks for the feature request, Carlos. I’ll add this to my list of features 
   to consider in the future and I’ll come back here and update if and when CDN 
   support is added. 🙂

 * As I can see the plugin is fitting very well with the CDN Linker plugin. So basically
   just make sure that it remains compatible.
 * Alternatively you can always do what WP Super Cache did, i.e. integrate the functionality
   into the plugin.
