# CDN question with WpEngine…

 * Hi. So, WpEngine recommends your plugin, which is nice.
 * We are implementing their CDN service. Would you recommend that we enter the 
   CDN URL in AO’s settings in this case. Is it mandatory or could we run without
   doing this step? If the CDN was turned off suddenly (which actually has happened),
   would it glitch our site with a CDN URL entered?

 * if your CDN would go down, the JS/ CSS would not be available which indeed would
   break your site to some extent, so you could indeed run AO without filling in
   the CDN field.

 * Thanks. That does clarify things. I am leaning towards not using the CDN URL.
   Right now we are having some issues with it. Not sure why.
