CDN possibilities?

    Hi there,

    Love the plugin. We use it on every single project we do. Thanks!

    One question: is it possible to link to a CDN version of FontAwesome that’s always current? It’s a pain having to update the plugin every time FA releases a new version. Why not just link to a CDN that’s always got the newest FA?

    PS – even better, since FA is changing their naming scheme this can be optional, the user can choose whether or not to use the latest? Or a even a choice of which of the latest 5/10/15 versions to use.
