CDN module: Required Database SQL:

I have been using w3 total cache for awhile now. Love it, certainly an improvement in speed and performance. I noticed I had disk type enhanced enabled and htaccess files were not being created. I went to the Install tab within w3 total cache, copied the htaccess files provided and created them and everything is working fine.

I recently signed up with maxcdn and noticed a new tab in the install tab:

CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS wp_w3tc_cdn_queue (

I am wondering if this needs to be executed on the phpmyadmin SQL database area. Does anyone have any information on this area and if it is needed. I am certainly trying to get the most out of the plugin and everything seems great except for this one section in the install tab.
