 * Good morning,
 * We have been in contact with Jetpack support to try and remedy this situation
   with your Smart Slider 3. I have subscribed to Jetpack Boost to have all images
   on my site offloaded to their CDN server in order to optimise loading speed.
   There is an integration issues that seems to be happening between their plugin
   and yours.
 * Is there any way to get with them to try and correct this issue? Im assuming
   their plugin is trying to inject code to offload the images and it is not functioning
   properly. Honestly not sure. I have the latest version of everything installed.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fcdn-issues-3%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi [@qualitycraftfloor](https://wordpress.org/support/users/qualitycraftfloor/)!
 * The way we suggest replacing images with their CDN loaded versions is as you
   see here:
   [https://smartslider.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1925-how-to-speed-up-your-site#translate-url](https://smartslider.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1925-how-to-speed-up-your-site#translate-url)
   with the “Translate URL” option. So in your case the uploaded images are originally
   stored within this folder:qualitycraftfloor.com/wp-content/uploads/and I’m not
   familiar exactly with Jetpack’s CDN, but other CDN servers are uploading images
   into their own servers with the same folder structure:cdn.qualitycraftfloor-example.
   com/wp-content/uploads/By using our option you can replace all the /uploads urls
   to come from the CDN server instead.
