Hi,

We’ve been starting to add websites to KeyCDN and I am having a slight issue with a particular domain.

The domain is riversidefitness.club and it doesn’t seem to want to work properly (as in GTMetrix shows CDN is not used for everything).

I know I have things setup on KeyCDN correctly as I have Autoptimize installed and adding the CDN url to this works correctly and shows in GTMetrix.

So I am not sure whats wrong really, any ideas?

Have you tried adding your CDN URL to both CDN Enabler and the Autoptimize settings page?

Hi @codyarsenault,

Yes, CDN Enabler and Autoptimize both have the CDN URL added to them but only Autoptimizes stuff is being served from the CDN for some reason.

I wonder if its something to do with the domain as its not a standard one? (.club)

Can you provide a screenshot of what you have defined in your CDN Enabler plugin settings?

Your settings look to be correct. Can you please open a support ticket here: https://www.keycdn.com/support/ so that we can take a closer look at your setup?
