 * Hi,
 * I’ve got a CDN mirror set up (Cloudfront) and it’s working well, except for HTML
   returned in AJAX calls. I found the following support thread from a couple years
   ago which might explain it, but I’m hoping there’s a good workaround and/or a
   setting that could fix the issue:

 * I don’t really want to have to directly apply the CDN to URLs in my theme, it
   seems to defy the purpose of having the caching plugin’s CDN settings.
