 * I am getting the following error from button.js both when using gravity forms
   or trying to use the short code.
 * Uncaught ReferenceError: ccbMetadataAvailable is not defined

 * It didnt work for us. We are still unable to use the plugin. We tried it with
   different themes, on different sites, and we are still getting this error.
