CC payment form is shown on checkout page whereas only COD is checked

I have checked the COD option in the payment section of woocommerce, whereas CC payment form is shown on the checkout page. I have tried uninstalling the contact 7 plugin as well but I’m not sure why and how is it still showing. When I inspected the page, I found this string. let me know how can I prevent this from happening as the form is absolutely illegitimate because no payment is being conducted but im not sure where the data has been saved and my customer’s privacy and security are very much important to us..
