CC Field no longer showing

    I just upgraded both eshop and wordpress and now I’m experiencing two issues:
    1. The credit card field is no longer present (nowhere to input payment).

    2. We are using this plugin with Fast Charge processor (using their authorizenet emulator) but when a purchase is made, it doesn’t a) show product details anywhere in the admin side, or b) send confirmation e-mails from the application.
