 * We are going to need detailed steps to reproduce this issue:
 * Type of product: Simple or variable, virtual or shippable, Subscription, Pre-
   order, etc.
    Type of User: logged in user or existen user, guest user or new 
   user, etc.
 * Try to include as many details as possible, and feel free to add screenshots,
   they always help.
