    I am using the Pro Version
    I entered the short code and previewed. After a long interval. I got “a critical error on your website message” which did not resolve until I deleted the code

    Looking at the support website and other indications, I think this is a scam.

    I contacted you through the customer support. I asked for documentation to guide me in using the software as there is none on the “support website” or after searching the Internet. You did not do this. All you are asking for is my WordPress admin Password so that you can see what is wrong.
    How can you have a plugin without any support documentation.
    In addition, the support email is a a generic gmail address.
    That’s highly suspicious
