    Sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied with the plugin.

    What critical error did it cause, where was it caused, after which action? We don’t have any active issues going on, and it was probably some glitch, or a conflict with something else. Either way, we would be able to help you with it.

    We feel that it’s kind of unfair to leave a 1-star review without reaching out to us for support.

    If you want to give the plugin another chance, we will gladly help you out with this.

    I have contacted your support (no reply yet). If the issue can be fixed I will gladly change the review and even purchase this plugin as it is exactly what I want. However I can’t use it with out getting this critical error, so as its unusable for me (not necessarily for others though) I can’t really rate it higher than that.
