Support » Plugin: WordPress Zero Spam » Caused a problem with WooCommerce & Gravity Forms

  • We have a WP site that uses WooCommerce. We have a “product” that lets customers pay an arbitrary amount that they have been invoiced. This uses the Gravity Forms Product Addons plugin to allow the customer to enter the amount they want to pay. The problem is that when they enter an amount and click Add to Cart, they are taken to a page that says “There was a problem processing your comment.”

    I deactivated plugins one by one, and found that the problem disappeared when I deactivated WordPress Zero Spam. So it seems there is some conflict between this plugin and Gravity Forms and/or the WooCommerce Gravity Forms Product Addons plugin.

    However, I then reactivated WP Zero Spam, and the problem did not recur. So I’m not sure what to think.
